What leadership means to me
Through my club and student leadership positions, I have learned how important communication and collaboration are when turning ideas into action. I want the people I work with to feel that their ideas matter and that they are part of something bigger than themselves.
I am still early in my journey, but I am actively building the skills and experiences I want to take into college and my future career — and I want to keep challenging myself with more business and finance opportunities along the way.
